George is seriously so awesome! We saw recent rodent activity right after the birth of my child so I called My Pest Pros immediately to get this problem fixed! George came, put in traps and worked his magic. The traps did their job and George was so responsive, answered all my questions and came the next day on Monday even though I had only contacted him on Sunday when I saw the traps. Hes a stellar employee super nice, professional and very knowledgeable. I totally recommend him and this company!

My husband and I had a really great experience meeting Dane, who was not only prompt at 8a on Saturday morning, but is a knowledgeable and professional service technician. He thoroughly explained the Sentricon installation process and how it operates to attract the termites and also provided a 3D video of the bait system. He installed 20 baits around the property and scanned them all so that there is inventory details on my invoice. I would definitely recommend Dane for termite mitigation services.

Chris came over to my condo today and helped me do an initial move-in spray and pest trapping. We saw some evidence of mice in the condo and we wanted to ensure that we took care of the issue right away. He was helpful, gave great suggestions and showed me everything he had done. He also recommended a few products that would help us to mouse-proof our home. I would highly recommend PestPros based on Chris' performance.

The technician handling our property, Mr. Hargrove, is obviously quite capable. He has, from the first visit, explained what he was doing and fully answered all our questions. The results of his efforts are evident in the fact that the latest visit provided evidence that the infestation was not spreading and also none of the "bait" had been consumed since his last visit. Thank you for providing us with the services of this fine gentleman. We would have no problems recommending him and your firm to friends and neighbors.

My Pest Pros has been exceptionally helpful, professional, and courteous from my first contact on the phone through the scheduled inspections and treatments for an infestation of mice. George, the specialist who conducted the inspection and treatment was meticulous in searching out the access points and using an array of traps and baits. He is also very considerate in conducting his work in our home. The treatment plan is what I would expect in terms of near-term follow-up and periodic checkup for the coming year--but at what I consider to be a very reasonable cost. I am very pleased I found them.

My Pest Pros came through for our house. I used a different provider the previous winter, after finding mouse droppings in our basement. They came and set bait stations, and things seemed a little better, but once winter came around, I started seeing mouse droppings again. Chris, from My Pest Pros came, and was able to locate the entry point, set up traps and a mouse was caught. I now feel like our mouse problem can be over. Thank you.
