The first time I called My Pest Pros was in late 2015. I left a frantic message at around 9:00pm about seeing a rat outside our home. To my astonishment, someone called me back within less than 10 minutes of my call and came to my house the very next day. The customer service, professionalism, and competence has been top-notch with every encounter, so when my wife found new rat burros the other day, I didn't hesitate to call back. Very highly recommended.
