I found many dead flying insects in my house when I returned from a two-week vacation -- near the first floor window, in the carpet, and on the furniture. I was concerned that I had a termite infestation. I used MyPestPros for the first time. Thomas did a thorough examination of my house and areas outside my house. He determined that the dead insects were not termites, but "sewer flies". No source for the problem was determined, and Thomas concluded that the insect activity was declining. He said no pest-control service was necessary. He did tell me to monitor the situation and call back if the problem got worse, which he did not think would happen.

We've received great service from Brett and his team. We have a bug-phobic household member, and they are always responsive to attend to our needs whenever we have a sighting. Fortunately, because of MyPestPros, that doesn't happen very often :)

My technician is great and is very focused on ensuring that the service is working for my family. I wish there was an option for weekly or bi-weekly spraying as I'm finding that every three weeks just isn't effective for my property.

I can't say enough good things about My Pest Pros- they are courteous, communicate well, tell you when they'll be there then show up on time, and explain everything. They are true professionals. We have had bad experiences in another state with other exterminators and My Pest Pros puts them all to shame.

We have felt under attack by mosquitoes every summer for years, which has extremely limited our use and pleasure of our deck and yard. I used to garden a lot but have been unwilling to spend time outside for more than a few minutes because of the numerous bites I would receive. We have used My Pest Pros for the past 2 summers to spray for mosquitoes and have been thrilled to be able to go outside, eat dinners on the deck and fully enjoy the beauty of our yard. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who loves to be outside in the summer....
