Review:

I received a call the day before the technician came out, informing me that I was due for service. I wasn't told that the service would be an additional charge of $90. Had I known that, I would have canceled the visit. We have not had any pest issues in months, so I basically got charged for a service that I did not need. This was poor communication on the part of my Pest Pros. The scheduling message should ALSO clearly indicate that clients will be charged a fee for the visit. After calling to voice my concerns to the representative, my account was taken off of the automatic scheduling of services, which is helpful, however, it would have been nice if I was also issued a refund for the most recent service.

I am no longer a customer, since you guys abandoned me in the spring. I have no clue why you would send out a technician to close a system that is maintained by another - much more reliable - company since over half a year now ... !?!?
