We've been working with My Pest Pros for a couple of years, they come out monthly to spray for mosquitoes (and extra as needed). It's been a welcome relief to be able to enjoy the backyard without being attacked, and when we have needed additional treatments in between our scheduled dates, there have been no questions, no fees, they have just come out and done additional spraying. And we love Winston, he's wonderful - he even waters the tomato plants when he comes by!

Service was good. Though not all mosquitoes are gone, this is a marked improvement from what it has been, so we are happy!

The guys at My Pest Pros have been excellent. When we first started having our bug problem they came out and had a look around the house. They explained in detail where the bugs would be, how they would come in and what they were looking for.

My Pest Pros have helped several of my clients get rid of their pest problems. As professional organizers, we are often going into those small dark places where pests hide and whenever we find evidence of these we call Brett. Everyone who works there has been wonderful and my clients have been thrilled with the results. I recommend them highly.

I dont have to be home, unless I need an inside treatment. I love that! They leave a tag on my door when they've serviced the outside of my home.
- Janet Ernst
Thank you for your review and your business. We try to make it as easy for clients as possible. Most pest problems start on the outside, so we can best protect your home or business there. BUT let us know if you ever have an issue on the interior and we will be back out!

Sense of urgency from sales team and technician to handle the budding cockroach issue we had in our kitchen. They came very quickly and the technician was precise and thorough with the inspection and the treatment he suggested. So far we have had zero sightings since his visit so crossing fingers that this was a one time issue that is now dealt with. We did call them quickly, before the problem got larger but still, I was impressed with the speed of their response and the effectiveness of their visit.

The technicians are very nice, but the admin is problematic. We receive incomplete voicemails regarding scheduling, so we just hope to be around when the techs show up. (We have dogs who have to be confined when chemicals are sprayed and long after.) The tech this time was nice enough to add the mosquito treatment, but didn't know if/why we no longer had that plan.

I am a rental home owner who was called a tenant with a pest problem in the attic just as I was leaving to go out of town. I called My Pest Pro, and was lucky to speak with Mr Lieberman who, not knowing me at all, coordinated with multiple people to gain access to the home, inspect the attic carefully, call me with a recommendation, set traps, and arrange follow-up. This all occurred seamlessly with no hassle for my renter. This excellent service for a stranger I have no doubt permeates this business. I am transferring all my pest contracts from on of the "majors" to My Pest Pro. I did not realize until today how much I despise doing business through a remote call center as opposed to interacting with local people who communicate directly with their customers and really care about creating good outcomes.

Thomas returned after addressing the first problem area with deer mice. He ingeniously tackled the much more difficult area; on the second floor between the walls. Happy to begin a monthly contract to monitor this challenging new phase. Thank you!
