Harry did an excellent job with the service taking care of my ground bees. He took the time to look at the areas of the yard which had bee holes, explained what he was going to do, and performed the spraying of the yard taking care of the issue. He answered all my questions and I would call them for service anytime.

I had a pretty big ant problem with the weather warming up and the technician George was able to help. He treated areas on the inside of the house first, then inspected the outside and found where they had developed their colonies and treated those (and pretty much the whole outside of the house) too. George was on time, polite and very informative. Kelly, who scheduled our appointment, was able to get us an appointment sooner rather than later, which was much appreciated. George offered to come back in a week as a follow-up which we took him up on. Very happy with My Pest Pros service. Thank you!

We recently started a one-month intensive program to deal with some mice. So far, Chris has been exceptional. Apart from the results he's gotten so far, his attitude and work ethic make him stand out. Starting from the first visit, he ensured that I was comfortable and well-informed before I gave him the green light. He spent more time with me during this phase than a competitor that advertises free inspections! He is also well-spoken, organized, and seems to be quite empathetic. I look forward to the rest of the service and highly recommend Chris and My Pest Pros!

Service was prompt and thorough. We really appreciated the concern for our safety in dealing with hornets. After the initial visit, the serviceman followed up by phone and then came back to remove the remains of the nest. Definitely will use this company again if we have further pests.

Fleas had invaded my 5 month-old baby's room and I needed some help ASAP. Brett at My Pest Pros was a lifesaver for us. He managed to make it out to our house that evening for a treatment and left me feeling positive about returning to our home. Brett was great about communicating before, during, and after the treatment and made himself available for any and all questions and concerns.

Great customer service. I had a wasps nest over my front door and they came out to take care of it, checked the attic and put dust in potential locations where the bees may setup a new nest. Steve, who came onsite, was very friendly and helpful. There was a small pile of dust on the front porch, which I cleaned up myself later on before my kids stepped in it. Also, the price for the visit was a LOT considering he was there for about 15 min.
