I contacted My Pest Pros to have a termite inspection completed for the refinancing of my home. They scheduled me an appointment promptly. The technician, Winston, that came out, was very polite and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything to me thoroughly. I would recommend My Pest Pros to everyone that's looking for outstanding service and professionalism.

Customer Service for this company is stellar, from calling the main office to having a technician visit your home. Kelly was kind and listened intently to my issues and provided me with assurance that they could take care of my issue. Chris is knowledge and professional throughout the whole visit. Thank you, My Pest Pros. Very satisfied customer.

Great customer service! I called and got information about the services, scheduled appt the following day. Nice follow up with phone call and email. Impressed with details in the email about expectations of the first visit & picture of technician coming! Thomas was very professional, called 15 min before arrrival & came right on time. He was very nice and he explained well what was going on, where the problem was and the treatment plan. We hope to get rid of the mouse in our house soon. We are very happy with the excellent service from the staff-Leslie, Brett, and Thomas!

The staff and management at My Pest Pros are the best! They are always quick to respond, on time, and deliver outstanding results. We have been using them for 3 years now, and the only time we had a bug issue was because dog food had found its way under a cabinet, bugs got to it and started feasting. One treatment and the problem is gone! I would highly recommend them to anyone (and often do) that wants to ensure a bug free home or business.

They were quick, courteous, professional and at a competitive price. I would rather hire a local company over big chemical names every day of the week, and My Pest Pros makes that an even easier choice by being so great to work with.
