Pest Pros quickly responded to my request to rid my house of mice. Within a few days a marked decrease and by one week no more mice. They found entry points and helped us eliminate them and set pet proof traps. That was 8 months ago and still no mice. I forgot to get a pest inspection for a refi and needed it quickly. Again a quick response and crisis averted. Higly recommend My Pest Pros.

The house is all "quiet" now thanks to Brett and his wonderful team who made the end of the year and beginning of the new year so nice in our home. From the very first phone call, Brett put me and my husband at ease, and we knew that he was the one we wanted to work with to address a pest situation that had some unique parameters. Brett was creative in his approach, patient, kind, funny, and easy to work with, and by the time he arrived at our home, we felt he was our friend as well. Thank you Brett and team for a job well done. Happy New Year!

Thomas is the ant whisperer! But best of all, he does not over-treat. We care very much about the environment and allowing beneficial insects to thrive - outdoors, that is! (We even have a big clear plastic glass and piece of cardboard to catch spiders and put them outdoors.) So Thomas was very careful about how he treated our ant problem, and did not recommend going further. IOW, he listens and does not treat every customer the same way. Plus Anna (on the phone) was incredibly accommodating to our changing schedule. Thank you!

Representative was prompt, courteous, honest, thorough in his inspection, and truly concerned concerned about the issue I had. Fortunately, I did not have an active problem, but he gave me good advice and suggestions even though I did not need their services at this time.
