My Pest Pros has done a good job in my home. I sincerely appreciate the technicians that have been to my home (Dane & Winston) being so professional, polite and paying attention to details to address/resolve the issues. Also, the automated and Technician confirmation calls from MPP are nice reminders. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 only because I have had some challenges when calling the Company. But, I mentioned that and it seems to be improving. Overall, I am very appreciative of the progress and information provided by the Techs! Wishing the team all the best in these challenging times!

Donnell was very engaging and answered all of my questions. He was thorough in spraying and addressing my concerns.So far the treatment is ok in that there are fewer pests. Hopefully as the weeks go by, the problem will continue to decrease. It's only been a little over a week that I received service.

Used to have seasonal bug problems, including stink bugs. I called PestPros and havent had very many problems since. When problems do come up, they come out right away and take care of it, usually for free as included in my contract. Their service is expensive, but worth it! Their customer service is also really great.

Winston did a really good job. He took care of all we needed and very thoroughly answered all our questions. I also think it impressive that he is coming back after 2 weeks just to check on things and follow up on anything that may need more than one treatment. I would for sure recommend Winston to others.

I'm very happy with the service. I'm not so happy that the account grew to $800 before letting me know I owe money. The whole year this year is $350. Either I was charged an awful lot, or the account went YEARS without a payment!

Good customer service and very professional staff. I wish they could offer more precise service time frames (2 hour blocks versus 4 hour blocks). The pricing for the service was higher than I had hoped, but since this was a bit of an emergency for us, I decided to go this route. If I had more time to shop around, I would likely have chosen a better priced company. But since I had a good experience previously, I felt comfortable with the service I would receive for the price.

As we shared in an email to you, our regularly scheduled appointments are set as two-hour windows. We usually schedule new clients in a four-hour window due to the nature of their service taking longer and then narrow it down as we get closer to the appointment. Unfortunately, that was not done in your case. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. The technician should have also called before the service to update you on his anticipated arrival.
