The technicians are very nice, but the admin is problematic. We receive incomplete voicemails regarding scheduling, so we just hope to be around when the techs show up. (We have dogs who have to be confined when chemicals are sprayed and long after.) The tech this time was nice enough to add the mosquito treatment, but didn't know if/why we no longer had that plan.

Tech was very friendly and professional. I am a bit surprised that not more areas of my home were treated given that I have so many exterior doors on multiple levels, but time will tell if the strategy is effective.

It's been four days. There are still a lot of activities of crickets in around the house. Spiders are still on the walls and right outside the screen door. I'm not sure if the whole house was treated. I needed to leave so Brett only spend about 25 to 30 mins in the house after our initial conversation of the areas that need attention. I expected to see a lot of dead bugs, but they are still very active. So I'm not sure what to think of the treatment. I was told that there will be still be activities.

I contacted MPP because it was owned by a neighbor. I signed a quarterly contract today. The admin person seemed to be a bit new, but the tech arrived within the 2 hour window. He was very knowledgeable about vermin, but he misquoted the price to me. Initially he said that bi monthly payments would be more expensive than quarterly, but when I signed up with quarterly he stated that he made an error and the quarterly was more expensive. The amount was minor, so it didn't matter much to me. He became a little uncomfortable when I asked about the Mantua discount and told me I was already getting a great price, so I let it go.

The technicians are great. Every single one has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and willing to engage. The pest problem at this house doesn't seem to be going away, however. I did not have this issue with a former pest control company. I also do not know who the office is scheduling with....I get "reminder" messages only for appointments I never scheduled.

I received an automated call that the next service was coming but did not have the option to repeat it as I missed the date/time. I was not even aware they came to the house and I was not asked if I needed interior service. The initial service was great and when I call it is great but the automatic service is less than expected.

Thank you for your feedback. It helps us to improve our processes. You are always covered on the interior based on your protection plan, but most clients do not need or often do not want interior service. Most pest problems begin on the exterior, so we can best protect the home from the exterior. However, when a problem occurs - or if you want an interior service, it's no problem. Our automated call aheads give clients the option of confirming, requesting to reschedule or repeating the message. We will contact you to make sure all is good and schedule an interior service (at no additional charge, of course) if needed.
