I’m very happy with today’s service. Osmar walked me through his process for removing the rats. We discussed the risks and benefits before proceeding with treatment outside the house. Then, he went with me to the basement, and inspected the joists and floor for any sign of rodents getting into the house (negative for that). I would call on him again.

Great service, our tech Antoyne was very nice. Good conversation with him too.

Tavon, the exterminator, thoroughly examined the inside and outside of our house and identified holes that the mice may be entering and exiting during this unusually cold period. He meticulously plugged the holes and laid traps strategically. Tavon also took time to explain what has probably Brambleton happening and advised us what to not do as well as what to do. Tavon took a couple of hours to complete the initial visit and will be back weekly. My wife and I are confident that our mice situation will be temporary as a result of our engagement with My Pest Pro. We were referred by our chiropractor.

Today was the initial service of my new contract with My Pest Pros. Antoine arrived exactly on time annd was exceptionally professional and polite. He set about his work and was very thorough. When he was finished he completely explained everything he’d done and told me where the traps were that he’d set.
