The guys at My Pest Pros have been excellent. When we first started having our bug problem they came out and had a look around the house. They explained in detail where the bugs would be, how they would come in and what they were looking for.

Fleas had invaded my 5 month-old baby's room and I needed some help ASAP. Brett at My Pest Pros was a lifesaver for us. He managed to make it out to our house that evening for a treatment and left me feeling positive about returning to our home. Brett was great about communicating before, during, and after the treatment and made himself available for any and all questions and concerns.

I found many dead flying insects in my house when I returned from a two-week vacation -- near the first floor window, in the carpet, and on the furniture. I was concerned that I had a termite infestation. I used MyPestPros for the first time. Thomas did a thorough examination of my house and areas outside my house. He determined that the dead insects were not termites, but "sewer flies". No source for the problem was determined, and Thomas concluded that the insect activity was declining. He said no pest-control service was necessary. He did tell me to monitor the situation and call back if the problem got worse, which he did not think would happen.

Sense of urgency from sales team and technician to handle the budding cockroach issue we had in our kitchen. They came very quickly and the technician was precise and thorough with the inspection and the treatment he suggested. So far we have had zero sightings since his visit so crossing fingers that this was a one time issue that is now dealt with. We did call them quickly, before the problem got larger but still, I was impressed with the speed of their response and the effectiveness of their visit.

Great customer service! I called and got information about the services, scheduled appt the following day. Nice follow up with phone call and email. Impressed with details in the email about expectations of the first visit & picture of technician coming! Thomas was very professional, called 15 min before arrrival & came right on time. He was very nice and he explained well what was going on, where the problem was and the treatment plan. We hope to get rid of the mouse in our house soon. We are very happy with the excellent service from the staff-Leslie, Brett, and Thomas!
