Professional staff from the initial setup over the phone to the hand shake after services received. Previously used Orkin, and Terminix-which were just okay--but you really can't beat the human/neighborhood feel of this company that really feels natural instead of a cold business transaction with a large company. Found them via Angies list and I will be leaning on them again in the near future...

I was impressed with Pest Pros for their quick response to my question, the ease of scheduling as well as how quickly they were able to come. They provided good instructions on what to expect (I asked for our yard and home to be sprayed). I am giving them 4 stars only because I was originally told to allow 5-10 days for the bugs to go away. I called after 10 days and was told to allow a full month. They did return to retreat with no charge. Also, the initial invoice did not have recommendations. Those were provided when I requested them. We have not seen bugs sinc they retreated. I was VERY happy with the yard treatment and had them return to spray. I will continue to use Pest Pros and highly recommend them....
