Very Satisfied with my tech Winston... he was polite, professional and understanding of my fear. He was very through and showed me areas in my home where changes would be beneficial. Customer service Rep. Kelly was also awesome..she understood my concerns and provided me with service the same day I called. She was pleasant, easy to talk with and professional.
