We really can't rate our technician because we were not home at the time. He didn't leave any door hanger or any indication that we was there so we don't have any way to feel confident that he actually came to the home and performed the services we expected. Normally he does but the last 2 times we haven't received any card. Please inform your technicians to leave a card that details time and services performed in an obvious place, else we will assume that no one came.

We are sharing it with the technician servicing your home and all our staff to remind them about the importance of leaving behind door tags. Door tags and thorough notes are part of the protocols our technicians are expected to follow.
I received a call the day before the technician came out, informing me that I was due for service. I wasn't told that the service would be an additional charge of $90. Had I known that, I would have canceled the visit. We have not had any pest issues in months, so I basically got charged for a service that I did not need. This was poor communication on the part of my Pest Pros. The scheduling message should ALSO clearly indicate that clients will be charged a fee for the visit. After calling to voice my concerns to the representative, my account was taken off of the automatic scheduling of services, which is helpful, however, it would have been nice if I was also issued a refund for the most recent service.
