REALTORS

Did you know that most pest control technicians have no formal training for Wood Destroying Insect inspections for termites, carpenter bees, wood boring beetles and other pests? In fact, states including Virginia do not regular WDI inspections. My Pest Pros offers VPMA Certified Inspectors, trained and tested pest management professional, capable of identifying evidence of suspected infestations and conducive conditions.

My Pest Pros provides WDI Inspections throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. We know the importance of doing a thorough and timely inspection as well as getting the reports to realtors, lenders and title companies. We can often schedule inspections for the next day.

We make inspections easy. As an affiliate member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, we have SentriLock access. We also make scheduling inspections easy. Inspection requests can be submitted by phone, email or by completing the online form.
